We are now talking about ice cream for some reason. PART 2

So a little while ago relee got me going on ice cream, and made me wonder if there was such a thing as green tea ice cream. Spoiler: there is! I actually found out that it's a Hågåån-DååZ variety, surprisingly. So, what the hell, usually I don't like them that much, but I decided to give it a go. It was much like I expected! It could have easily been better, and I think a green tea gelato would be more successful, but it is what it is.

Ooh. Chai tea ice cream. Not as in "with a splash of" or "containing delicate hints of", I mean outright chai tea ice cream. It has to exist because it is perfect. If it doesn't, I may have to actually get into making ice cream just to solve the problem.

THE HUNT NEVER ENDS

EDIT: did a quick google search on the subject and apparently, it's one of the types that people do, in fact, like to make at home. It's also sold commercially, too, and a few regional coffee shops are also selling it, along with like raspberry mocha ice cream and stuff. This is why we're fat, guys. XD

It's a weird process. Sometimes it totally works, and it just magically becomes ice cream, but otherwise it just fails completely. I mean, there are little things that go wrong, like a vein of salt getting in, but otherwise it's like alchemy or something.

Anyhow, that's why I think green tea gelato might be even better for general appeal, and it wouldn't have any milk. Just icy, smooth green tea with plenty of sugar. I suppose green tea and cream might be a sub-variety, though.

Unfortunately, gelato just can't really overcome the popularity of ice cream, even though it is actually quite different. There's only a few big makers of it in the United States, I think there's a small shop that does NOTHING but make hundreds of hundred of gallons of it just for New York restaurants. Their shop is on the list of places to visit before I die.

And somebody told me that I don't have enough interests!
