This will only waste your time.

cgranade is right: esoteric is kind of esoteric. Dramatically fade out... ░▒▓

More like you're esoteric.

masstreble: XD!

I hope this doesn't turn into a 'your momma' joke.

Yes, that's right. I went there.

masstreble: Woah...

This has become the momma of all 'your momma' jokes.

Actually, my momma couldn't care less!

Well, my momma cares even less than yours, so I win.

You win, all right... LIKE A FOX!

cgranade: Off-topic... or was there a topic in the first place?

Let's see... esoteric is not the only word X for which it can be said that X is X. As an example, consider "word." Word is a word, is it not? Obfusacated is obfusacated... ironically, the word unique is not particularly unique, though.

Hey I found your name through the IFPL furry locator website. I added your name to my friends list because I'm a furrie too. We might have things in common, eh? :3

masstreble: How ironic!

A lot more than you know! XD I'm also into the arts: an art major, to be precise. While we're on the subject, congratulations on winning the entire 2D design section of the student art show last semester! I somehow managed to end up with another one of the pieces that didn't do as well. (Saved it from being thrown out, in fact.)

Jeez, am I still on that IFPL thing? It's all terribly out of date and half-forgotten, but that's okay.

LOL, I'm pretty hardcore into the furrie thing myself. Good times, good times.. I've actually been chating with quite a few furs in the area and they all seem pretty cool.

So you know who I am? I'm afraid I don't know who you are.. were you in any of my classes or did you just recognize that piece? Thanks for the compliments!

And you're an art majour- that's awesome! Got any of your art online? I'm doing my minour in art, but my majour in biochemistry.

masstreble: My, this is a large comment.

I'm mysterious when it comes to the furry fandom. WoooOOOoooh spooky-spooky. I'm pretty worldly, though, so don't feel that you can't discuss things around me. I thrive in the bizare. As for "Furry Fairbanks," have you talked to my good friends raiblu or thetakogun yet?

I know who you are by name and online reputation only, it seems. I don't think I've taken a class with you... to my knowledge, anyhow. A good way to find me in a crowd would be to yell "SAM!? SAM?! Ulysses SAAAAAM!?" over and over again. Sooner or later, I'll show up and say something like, "What?" (Don't actually do that. XD)

As for what I've done... Uhhh... not much. I'm not very confident, and not spectacularly skilled yet. It's quite embarrassing, so I'm quite bashful. Also, I have the tendency never to actually finish anything! This is actually a really sensitive topic for me to talk about, as strange as it sounds. I really should be more disciplined and try to produce something to show people when they ask this question. Oh, well, that's what I'm up here at UAF for, right?

I'm impressed, though: you're in both a science program and art program! Ouch, that means you're taking both of those extended cores. Math and humanities do not mix. No, really: check the atomic charts, they don't!

reiofhope: Re: My, this is a large comment.

We ought to meet up sometime! I'm quite interested in meeting you (and friends too). I'm a fairly socable person and love to make new friends especially with similar interests. :D If you see me chillin' in the wood centre you should come talk to me sometime. I spend a LOT of time there between classes.

Hehe, don't feel bad about not finishing anything. It's the story of my life, actually... I'm terrible about finishing drawings. Only about 10 percent or less of my sketches actually finish and depending on if I'm feeling particularly proud of it or not.. depends on if it makes it to deviantART. If you have sketchbooks with unfinished work, I'd LOVE to see those!

Heheh, science and art.. it is an interesting mix. XD I've only taken one drawing class here though. I'm pretty into Ceramics for the most part. Drawing still lifes is just wayyyy to boring to me. I'm nearly done with my biochem degree *flail*

I have to meet you sometime IRL! :D And talk to raiblu and thetakogun.

masstreble: It's like instant messaging in slow motion.

Well, it would be fun to hang out, but don't have a clue as to what you look like! I'm a big white guy in a leather jacket, but I doubt that narrows it down aⁿy.

I've got a lot of sketchbooks floating around as a rule. That being said, most of the recent things I've done are either back home or have been turned in at some time or another. Oh, and I've been slacking. Talking to you about it has been mildly invigorating, though! ◄╝

Yes, the pacing of the drawing classes is excruciating to many people. XD That being said, you can pick up a lot of great skills and knowledge from it. Oh, and it forces us to practice and teaches us a little discipline.

I noticed you chating with Rai the other day while I was helping prepare some food for dinner the other night. Sorry I didn't message while I knew you were on: I had my hands full that night.

Anyhow, I'm going to go brave the LolA tiLlY ComMOnS with the Nerland gang. Later!
